Check Your Kerala Lottery Ticket

Checks every draw from the last 90 days, the period in which prizes can be claimed.

How do you check a Kerala lottery ticket?

To check a Kerala lottery ticket, enter its number in the checker above and press Check. The checker compares the number with every draw from the last 90 days. It lists each prize the number won, with the draw code and the claim deadline.

  1. Type the full ticket number: two letters and six digits, such as SW 301775.
  2. Type only the last 4 digits, such as 1775, when you want every ending prize across recent draws.
  3. Press Check and read the draw code of each match.
  4. Compare that draw code with the code printed on your ticket.
  5. Confirm the win on an official source before you go to claim it.

The checker reads the same official result sheets that fill the result pages of this site. The sheet of a weekly draw is published on the afternoon of the draw. Across the last 40 weekly draws, the official sheet was generated between 4:30 PM and 4:47 PM.

What does the Kerala lottery ticket checker match?

The ticket checker matches full numbers for top prizes and last 4 digits for lower prizes. A full number finds the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes and the consolation prize. A 4-digit ending finds the 4th to 9th prizes.

Full number search

A full number search checks the series letters and all six digits. It finds the consolation prize too. The consolation prize goes to the first-prize digits in every other series of that draw. A search for SW 301775 finds the SS-539 first prize. A search for SN 301775 finds its consolation prize. A full number search lists ending prizes from other draws. Only your own draw counts.

Last 4 digits search

A last-4-digits search returns every draw where those digits won an ending prize. Endings repeat across lotteries, so one ending can match several draws. Only the match with your ticket’s own draw code is a win.

How do you read a Kerala lottery ticket number?

A Kerala lottery ticket number has two letters followed by six digits. The first letter names the lottery. The second letter is the series. The six digits are the number itself.

  • First letter: the lottery, for example K for Karunya, P for Karunya Plus and S for Sthree Sakthi.
  • Second letter: the series, one of 12 printed for that draw.
  • Six digits: the number that is drawn; its last 4 digits decide the lower prizes.
  • Draw code: the lottery code and draw number, such as KR-770.
  • Draw date: the only date on which the ticket can win.
  • QR code: the code the official Bhagya Keralam app scans to confirm the ticket is genuine.

Why do the series letters change every week?

The series letters change because each lottery alternates between two sets of 12 series. One week uses the first half of the alphabet and the next week uses the second half. This Sthree Sakthi example comes from the latest sheets:

  • Every Sthree Sakthi ticket starts with the letter S. The second letter is the series.
  • SS-539 used 12 series: SN, SO, SP, SR, SS, ST, SU, SV, SW, SX, SY, SZ.
  • The series alternate each week: SS-538 used SA to SM. So a ticket from one week cannot be confused with the next week’s.
  • After the two letters comes a 6-digit number: the SS-539 first-prize ticket was SW 301775. Lower prizes are won on the last 4 digits (1775).

Why does a 4-digit ending only win in one draw?

A 4-digit ending wins only in the draw printed on the ticket. Every draw picks its own endings. An ending that won ₹500 in Karunya KR-770 wins nothing on a Samrudhi ticket from the next day.

Ending searches cause most false alarms. The checker shows every draw that matched the digits. Read the draw code and the date on each match and keep only the one that equals your ticket. Tickets from a past draw cannot be checked against today’s result.

How do you confirm a winning ticket with an official source?

A winning ticket is confirmed with the official result, the LOTIS result page or the Bhagya Keralam app. Each source is run by the Directorate of State Lotteries. This site is unofficial, so the claim office checks against these sources, not against ours.

  1. Open the LOTIS public result page and select the draw on your ticket.
  2. Scan the QR code on the ticket with the Bhagya Keralam app to confirm the ticket is genuine.
  3. Compare the number with the official result sheet, which the result page of each draw links.
  4. Keep the Kerala Government Gazette in mind: the official result sheet tells winners to verify their numbers there.

The app steps are in how to verify a Kerala lottery ticket with the official app. No genuine check asks for a fee. Prize messages that demand money are scams: see how to spot a fake Kerala lottery.

What do you do after the checker shows a prize?

After the checker shows a prize, sign the ticket, keep it undamaged and claim it before the deadline. The checker prints the last claim date and the days left for every match. Prizes from the last 90 days are still claimable.

The office depends on the amount. Prizes up to ₹5,000 are paid by any authorised agent. Larger prizes go to a lottery office, as set out in how to claim a Kerala lottery prize. The estimated amount after deductions is on the Kerala lottery tax calculator. The amount of every tier is on the Kerala lottery prize structure page.

Ticket checker questions

Where is the draw code on a Kerala lottery ticket?

The draw code is printed on the face of the ticket, with the lottery name and draw date. It reads like KR-770: lottery code, then draw number.
