A report about a wrong result needs the draw code, the prize tier and the number in doubt. The draw code sits at the top of every result, such as KR-770. The team checks each report against the official result sheet.

1. Write the draw code in the “Draw code” field, such as KR-770 or BR-111.
2. Name the prize tier, such as the 2nd prize or the 7th prize.
3. Copy the number shown on this site and the number you expected.
4. Name your source, such as the official sheet or the Bhagya Keralam app.

A number confirmed as wrong is replaced with the official sheet’s number. The change appears on the corrections log automatically, with the old and new numbers.
