Terms of use for Kerala Lottery Today
Using Kerala Lottery Today means reading free lottery information on the terms below. The site is an unofficial results website run by Bhagya Desk. These terms were last updated on 25 October 2026.
What is Kerala Lottery Today?
Kerala Lottery Today is an unofficial information website about the Kerala State Lotteries. It publishes results, a ticket checker, claim guides and tax figures. It has no link with the Government of Kerala or the Directorate of State Lotteries.
The site sells no tickets, takes no bets, pays no prizes and handles no claims. Kerala lottery tickets are sold only by authorised agents and sellers in Kerala.
Can you rely on a result shown here?
No result on this site counts for a prize claim. Only the official result of the Directorate of State Lotteries does. Confirm a winning number on the LOTIS result page or with the Bhagya Keralam app before you claim.
Results are checked before they are published, as the editorial policy explains. Checks reduce errors but cannot rule them out. The disclaimer sets out the limits in full.
Who is responsible for a loss?
Bhagya Desk accepts no liability for a loss caused by information on this site. That covers a wrong number, a missing result, an out-of-date guide figure and a page that does not load. The official result and the claim office decide every prize.
Tax figures and the tax calculator are estimates, not tax advice. A tax professional confirms what applies to your prize.
What may you do with the content?
You may read, print and share pages for your own, non-commercial use. Linking to any page is welcome. Winning numbers are public facts and belong to no one.
The site’s text, charts, design and tools belong to Bhagya Desk. Copying them in bulk, republishing them on another website or app, or scraping the site with automated tools needs written permission.
What may you not do on the site?
You may not misuse the site or try to harm it. Four things are not allowed.
- Sending automated requests that slow the site down for other readers.
- Trying to reach admin pages, the database or other visitors’ information.
- Sending spam, abuse or false result reports through the contact form.
- Presenting this site, or a copy of it, as an official government website.
How do advertisements and partner links work?
Advertisements come from Google AdSense, and Google chooses them. An ad is not a recommendation by Kerala Lottery Today. The site blocks gambling, betting, lottery-ticket and dating ads, but a blocked kind of ad can still slip through.
Partner links carry the label “Partner” and a disclosure line. The privacy policy explains the ad cookies and how to turn off personalised ads. An offer of Kerala lottery tickets online, lucky numbers or a prize for a fee is a scam, wherever it appears.
What about links to other websites?
Links to other websites take you to pages this site does not control. Official sites such as statelottery.kerala.gov.in follow their own terms and privacy policies. Bhagya Desk is not responsible for their content.
Can these terms change?
Yes. Bhagya Desk updates these terms on this page, with the new date at the top. Using the site after a change means using it on the new terms.
These terms follow the laws of India.
How do you contact Kerala Lottery Today?
You contact Kerala Lottery Today through the form on the contact page. A report about a result needs the draw code and the number in doubt. Prize claims go to the lottery offices, not to this site.
