What is LOTIS?

LOTIS is the Lottery Information System of the State Lotteries Department, Government of Kerala. Its About page calls it the “Lottery Information & Management System”. It runs the department’s supply chain, from agents to the Government press.

The portal footer reads “Developed & owned by Directorate of Kerala State Lotteries, Government of Kerala”. The agent user manual carries the NIC logo and the document code NIC-KLSC-ASG6-AGENTPORTAL. Its dashboard screens read “Developed by National Informatics Centre”.

The About page lists 8 features of LOTIS.

The QR code on every ticket comes from this system. The official app scans that code to confirm a ticket is genuine.

Who can log in to the Kerala lottery agent portal?

Only lottery agents registered with the Kerala State Lottery Department can log in. The LOTIS FAQ says the portal is opened to registered agents only. Each agent signs in with the agency code issued by the District Lottery Office.

The user manual says each user has a role and a set of privileges. The menu shown after login depends on that role. Department officials use the same system with their own roles.

How do you log in to the LOTIS agent portal?

To log in, enter the agency code, password and CAPTCHA on the LOTIS login page.

What does an agent see after logging in?

An agent sees a dashboard with 4 panels: sub-agents, payments, agent prizes and ticket prizes. The agent portal manual of 1 December 2021 shows this layout. The menu holds Dashboard, Online Payment and Online Payment History.

How do agents pay for tickets on LOTIS?

Agents pay through Online Payment to Treasury, entering the sales proceeds and the GST. The portal redirects them to the treasury payment page. A receipt prints after a successful payment.

Choose Online Payment in the menu.
Select the District or Sub Lottery Office.
Enter the sales proceeds and the GST amount.
Tap Pay Now and finish the payment on the treasury page.
Print the receipt, which shows the GRN and the bank transaction ID.
Collect the paper tickets at the office, in person or through an authorised person.

The last step comes from the LOTIS FAQ. Agents take paper tickets from the office after paying.

How do you get a Kerala lottery agent login?

You get a login by becoming a registered agent at your District Lottery Office. LOTIS has no public sign-up form. The office issues the agency code that serves as the user name.

The LOTIS FAQ names the application route. Apply to the District Lottery Officer with a fee of ₹335 in cash, Aadhaar, PAN and bank details. The FAQ calls the form Form No. II, while the Directorate’s download page lists Form IV.

What does the LOTIS public result page offer?

The LOTIS public result page lists recent draws, each with a Download button for the official sheet. No login is needed. Each row shows a serial number, the lottery and draw code, and the draw date.

On 9 October 2026 the list held 98 draws. They ran from DL-59 at the bottom to SK-72, drawn that day, at the top.

Why does the LOTIS result download ask a sum?

The Download button opens a CAPTCHA that asks you to solve a short sum. The pop-up reads “Please solve the equation”. The PDF opens after a correct answer.

A wrong answer shows “CAPTCHA verification failed” and lets you try again. The sheet itself is the same official PDF.

Is result.keralalotteries.com working?

No. On 9 October 2026, result.keralalotteries.com did not open in any browser. The LOTIS result page still listed every recent sheet.

Why is there no Kerala lottery login for buyers?

There is no buyer login because Kerala lottery tickets are not sold online at all. The LOTIS FAQ says the public cannot buy tickets through the portal. Sale is restricted to paper tickets in Kerala.

What are the common Kerala lottery login problems?

The common problems are a forgotten password, a CAPTCHA error and a payment stuck as pending. LOTIS has a fix for each. Technical errors go to the Directorate’s nodal officer.

How do you reset a forgotten LOTIS password?

Reset it with your agency number and registered mobile number on the Forget Password page.

Tap “Forget Password ?” on the login page.
Enter your agency number and mobile number.
Tap Send OTP and enter the OTP you receive.
Tap Verify OTP, or Resend OTP when none arrives.
Enter and confirm the new password, then tap Change Password.

What do pending and failed payments mean?

A pending payment has not completed and can be retried. A failed payment did not succeed, and the agent starts a new transaction. A successful payment lets the agent print the receipt.

These 3 statuses appear under Online Payment History, according to the agent portal manual. The Retry option works only on pending payments.

Where do agents report a LOTIS error?

Agents report errors to the Directorate’s nodal officer, by Online Help or by email to the NIC coordinator. The user manual asks for 4 details in each report.

How do you spot a fake Kerala lottery login site?

Check that the address ends in kerala.gov.in and that the site sells nothing. The real portal takes only agent payments to the treasury. A site that sells tickets, games or “registration” to the public is not official.

We checked Google’s Indian results for “kerala lottery online login” on 9 October 2026. The top 10 held 2 private web apps, an APK download page and a game site. The real LOTIS pages ranked first and fourth.

Kerala Police warned in July 2026 that fake sites copy the official design and emblem. Their August 2024 advisory counted 60 fake apps, 25 fake Facebook profiles and 20 websites. Report fee demands on helpline 1930.
